Glass drilling machine with opposed drilling heads. This solidly built machine is available in two versions:
SEMIAUTOMATIC, with the lower drilling head automatic and the upper head manual with lever.
AUTOMATIC, with the drilling heads adjustable according to the glass thickness.
Automatic clamping of the glass sheet during the drilling operation. Automatic ejection of the glass cores.

Vertical drilling machine -VERTICAM C/130

Automatic drilling machine for vertical boring of glass sheets.
The structure is made of iron channel and painted with enamel paint resistant to corrosion.
Guides with pads and ball bearing screw nuts for the vertical movement of the heads.
Adjustment of the horizontal movement on X axis with toothed belts with brushless motors.
Double conveyor for the glass advancement with toothed belts both at the inlet and at the outlet.
Possibility to add further roller modules with idle wheels or even integrate additional tools at any time as required.
Glass advancement speed variable by inverter.
Numerical control of the glass drilling programs and graphic visualization of the programs to execute.
If required the machines can import .dxf files.
Drill bit quick-change system.
The drilling machine is equipped with tank and pump for recycling water.

Semiautomatic machine for the grinding of the pencil edge, flat edge with arris,
O.G. on shaped or rectilinear glass sheets.

The DIAMANT MC2 is equipped with an articulated arm extremely versatile and strong on which
the grinding head is mounted and the rotating plane with suction cups for the fixing glass.
The rotating plane is driven by a motor at selected according to the glass dimensions.
One of the characteristics of this machine is that it can work with 3 wheels,
2 diamond wheels, & 1 polishing wheel or vice versa.
The wheels positioning is carried out by a mechanic register with 3 positions, pre-adjusted for the various heights.
The working of round pieces can be automatic by using an adjustable compass.
On request rotating single suction cup for grinding of small pieces.
